Kingswood Gymnastics offers a variety of programs to fit the needs and aspirations of everyone, regardless of age. From 18-month olds to adults, we are committed to providing quality programming and instruction in the most rewarding and exciting of sports.

Gymnastics, the most fundamental building block for any sport or physical activity, affords your child the chance to develop important physical and cognitive skills.

NEW CLASS! Kingswood Gymnastics is excited to be offering a new class, in association with the Fredericton Diving Club: Flip 'n Dive (6 yrs +). This class will take place over two days; the first day (Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:30) focusing on Gymnastics and Trampoline, and the second (Saturdays 2:00 - 3:00) on Diving.
