Kingswood Gymnastics offers a variety of programs to fit the needs and aspirations of everyone, regardless of age. From 18-month olds to adults, we are committed to providing quality programming and instruction in the most rewarding and exciting of sports.

Gymnastics, the most fundamental building block for any sport or physical activity, affords your child the chance to develop important physical and cognitive skills.

PLEASE NOTE: Preschool & Youth Open Gym will be CANCELLED on Saturday, January 30, 2010.

NEW CLASSES! Kingswood Gymnastics will be offering two new classes on Wednesday afternoons: Recreational Girls (6 yrs+) from 1:30 - 3:00 and Tumble Bunnies (3-4 yrs) from 3:00 - 4:00.
