FEES and Policies
Kingswood Gymnastics is pleased to offer 3 terms of Recreational gymnastics classes throughout the year:
TERM 1 (10 weeks -- September to December)
TERM 2 (10 weeks -- January to March)
TERM 3 (10 weeks -- April to June)
Term fees may be paid either:
1) upfront at time of registration; or,
2) in two half-payments, with half of the term's fees (plus tax and the $25 Registration and Insurance fee) paid at the time of registration, and the second half of the term's fees (plus tax) paid anytime up to week 5 of a 10 week term. If paying in two installments, we do require the second payment to be made by post-dated cheque, automatic bank withdrawal (EFT), or automatic credit card charge.
Refunds will only be issued for medical reasons or family relocation. Please note, the $25 yearly Registration and Insurance fee is non-refundable.
