At 18 months to three years of age our Parent and Tot class begins to teach children gross movement patterns and basic gymnastics skills that will form the foundation for more advanced skills. Instruction by coaches will incorporate learning by numbers, colors, and shapes as well as games and music. Children will acquire important social skills such as turn-taking and interaction with other children and parents, all in an exciting, upbeat, and encouraging learning environment; a great way to make lasting friendships for both children and parents.
