Cassandra Folkins
Cassandra has been involved in gymnastics for over 14 years and was a Provincial level athlete until the age of 15. She is a fully certified NCCP Level 2 coach and has been coaching for nearly 10 years. She has worked with athletes of all ages and levels, most closely with children aged 18 months to 7 years old. She has also been a team coach at Atlantic and Eastern Championships.
Currently Cassandra coaches pre-competitive groups for ages 4-5. You will also see her at our front desk working as our General Administrator.
In May of 2008 Cassandra graduated from Saint Thomas University with an honours degree in Anthropology.
