Senior Cheerleading
The Kingswood Senior All-Star Cheerleading team is the pinnacle of our cheerleading program at Kingswood Gymnastics. The team, comprised of cheerleaders from the Fredericton, Oromocto, and surrounding areas, has competed at National and International levels of competition in both Canada and the United States.
The team typically practice two times per week. During these practices the girls work on fundamental to advanced cheerleading skills such as dance, jumps, and stunting.
